Yokomo has published the first CAD image of the new BD9 electric competition 10th scale touring car kit. The model is based on the Yokomo’s double IFMAR World Championship winning BD platform. The chassis is redesigned with 90% of the components.
From the information we have the BD9 has a new drivetrain and suspension. The new design improves performance and reliability for club drivers and pro racers. Part of the kit specifications includes new big bore ultra short shock absorbers that are produced in collaboration with Axon.
The model will arrive in hobby shops in October. Detailed information and images will become available in time for the release.
