At the 59th All Japan Model and Hobby Show the new TRF420 competition Touring Car from Tamiya has made its official debut. This new chassis features brand new arm and upright components, new suspension mounts that allow five different setups, new steering knuckles, new front and rear bulkheads, updated servo and battery mounts.
Few days ago Tamiya announced the new TRF420 and finally the Japanese designers released their very first CAD images of this brand new chassis. This high-end touring car is the latest addition to the legendary TRF (Tamiya Racing Factory) series and will be on sale in Autumn along with many option parts.
Among the option parts there are the Aluminum Lower Deck (designed to assure an optimum balance of flexibility and rigidity) and the 1.75mm Carbon Upper Deck that is 0,25mm thinner than the standard deck to give the best on high-grip circuits.

Racing Report – The 2019 Grand Final of the Xray Racing Racing Series was held at the Hudy Racing Arena in Trencin, Slovakia (eastern Europe) during the first weekend of May. Due to unpredictable weather conditions the event was run both indoor and outdoor (electric and nitro classes). Our collegues at Red RC were there to report from the track.
