Today was finals day of the 2019 EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP 1/8th ELECTRIC OFF ROAD that has been held in Barcellona (Spain). The young Italian driver Davide Ongaro (Associated/LRP) is the new European Champion 1/8 Electric Off-road after winning the A2 that you can watch on the next video. It’s been an easier race than A1 for Ongaro due to David Ronnealk’s mistakes. Behind them tghe local driver Juan Carlos Canas.

The EFRA 1 / 10th IC Track Euros have just ended. These championships have been held in Germany at Mini Car Club. After conquering the Pole Dominic Greiner became the new European champion driving his Serpent Natrix 750.
Behind Dominic Greiner in second place and in third place are the two Italian RC legends Dario Balestri and Francesco Tironi respectively.
It’s Finals day in Germany at the 1/10th IC Track Euros and thank to Mat and all the RC Racing TV staff we can follow everyhting that’s happening on the track.

As we reported, last Saturday, at the “Ongaro Ring” in Sacile, the Italian pilot Riccardo Berton (Kyosho) won the EFRA 1/8th IC Off Road Euros 2019. Now ourt friends at RC Racing TV sent us a full report of the finals of an event that will be remembered fondly for many years to come!
The schedule had already been preplanned by the organizers to account for problematic weather in the afternoon so not a full schedule of finals, with many taking place on the previous day, nevertheless we had a rained off quarter-final from the previous evening, plus 40+ as a build up to the semifinals.
We then had two great semi finals that resulted in wins for Davide Ongaro and Riccardo Berton and the ever exciting Last Chance Qualifier that saw young Berak Kilic bump up to start on 13th place. At the front end of the grid we had Ongaro, from Berton from two twice European champions Elliott Boots and David Ronnefalk – so we were surely in for a thrilling 45 minutes, and with a few light rain drops in the air – little did we know!

The first semi-finals of the day will start at 9 am (CET) and will last 20 minutes each while the “main” will take place at 5.15 pm (CET) and will see better drivers compete for 45 minutes.
