In the monster truck world, the Ford Bronco was quite formidable, with vehicles on the circuit supporting the Ford brand, it wasn’t unusual to see a few giant killers in the lineup on any given weekend so JConcepts decided to make a body replica. Starting with the F-150 and F-250 body shells already in the line-up, the JConcepts team dug into the Bronco project with some knowledge of the game.
JConcepts F2 1/8th Truck Body
30 Aug 2021
JConcepts revealed the F2: a new body during the 2021 ROAR Fuel Nationals for the 1/8th truck division. The narrow shape, double upper railed cab with inner louvers are undeniable traits carried over to the new truggy performance body. The V-shape off the back of the cab is JConcepts fit, function, and styling from the get-go with a blend to recessed bed area for a low-slung base shape. A strategically placed spoiler outlet in the bed transitions to the mounting area.
Halloween is coming so JConcepts decided to celebrate with the Mortician Monster truck body designed for the Axial SMT10 and similar RC monster trucks. The converted to panel truck body is competition friendly and uniquely sized featuring the scolding front headlight protrusions.
Today JConcepts released a replica of the body of a sinister, wedged shaped vehicle, the iconic Chevortlet Monte Carlo, to fit the latest Street Stock converted vehicles on the market. The vehicles which are wide-bodied, flat paneled and have a low-roof line always track well down the racetrack.

JConcepts designers never stop to amaze us. They worked years to find the ultimate line of iconic trucks to compliment a range of vehicles utilizing a 10.5 to 11.00” wheelbase such as the Tamiya Clod Buster and Traxxas Stampede. The 1970 Chevy K10 Monster Truck Body is powerful, and the square body shape is a shout-out to the 70s.
For the 1970, a lot of the glamour rests in the front grille and headlight package as well as the layered and sculpted rear tail gate and taillight section (these details are included in the decal sheet along with many emblems and trim packages to customize you body as you like).
JConcepts has reproduced one of the classiest looking vehicles to the Drag Eliminator scene: the 1955 Chevy Bel Air Drag Eliminator. Taking on this project was not an effortless task, doing a great deal of R&D, the team went for the more race inspired style and decided to split up the design into 3 different parts. First, the main Bel Air shell has been carefully crafted via CAD and hand shaped and finish to realize the many details found on the 1955.
The body is built for a 2wd Short Course wheelbase length and narrowed to more resemble the original 1:1 counterpart.
